meter update - August 2008
|
|
As
of July 1st 2008 the Accu-Chek Advantage test strips
are
no longer subsidised by PHARMAC.
A
free upgrade to the Accu-Chek Performa meter is available
from Roche Diagnostics if you do not have this meter
already. Accu-Chek Performa test strips are fully funded
and earlier problems with calibration of the meter have
now been sorted out.
Alternatively
you can obtain a Medisense Optium Xceed Meter from Medical
Pacifica - the strips for this meter are also fully
funded on the Pharmaceutical Schedule.
